boxes of waffles it say 140 now how do i do it do count the whole 140 calories if so how many i mean i jus do not get all 12 waffles add to 140 so do i sub and what is for 1 ca plz helpWhen you look at a package you need to look at the calorie count as well and the serving size which is usually above the calories. In this case your serving size is probably one waffle, meaning there are 140 calories per waffle. If your serving size were 2 lets say, then you divide 140 by 2 and get 70 calories per waffle. Knowing the calorie count is useless with out knowing how many servings contain that amount of calories.so there are total servings on the label and each serving should say 140 calories eachso 140 x total servings = calories of all
