Billing modifier 25 with office visit...?

When billing out an office visit 99201-99215 are you suppose to add modifier 25 when giving the patient a vaccine?I work for an internal medicine doctor and need to know the correct way to bill office visits on the same day as a vaccine.Please helpThank you,AnaI am new to this area of coding myself.
